Registration
To get started the users will have to submit the registration form from https://epinfluencers.edupath.ai/register. After filling in all the required fields click on the register button. On submitting the details users will be redirected to the thanks page. Registered users will be getting an email to the provided email address with the login credentials.
Login
The link to login to the portal is available in the mail received by the user: https://epinfluencers.edupath.ai/login. Open the link and enter the login credentials and login to the dashboard by clicking the login button. After login, the user will be redirected to their user dashboard.
Password Reset
If forget the password, a link to reset the password is available on the login page. Upon clicking the link, a new form will be visible to reset the password. Enter the registered email address and submit the form. The user will receive an email to reset the password. Click on the link available in the mail and reset the password.
Dashboard
After successful login, the user will be navigated to their user dashboard. Here the user can see the list of the latest students and various options to refer a student to this referral platform. Users can add a student directly from the dashboard by clicking the ‘Refer a student’ button is available on the dashboard. Also, they can let the students submit the form by sharing a personalized link of the page containing the student registration form through their social media platforms. We have different options available on the dashboard to share the form as link or QR code. Copy and share the link or QR code directly with the student to register or fill this with details of the student you would like to refer. If you want to refer a student to a particular course, a course specific promotion option is also available here. Students can fill in the form and submit by themselves to join the referral Program.
Refer/Add a Student
User can refer students using the Add New student form available in their dashboard. Fill all the required details and submit the form to add a new student to this platform. The student will receive an email to complete the application form once successfully added to the portal.
View All Students
User can see all the students referred by them in the ‘View all Students’ page. Here, users can view the basic details of each student and their enrollment status. This page contains a search feature where the user can search for a student by using their name, email, phone number, country, provider/course selected or the created date and so on. A ‘View’ student details option is also available on this page.
View Student
Click on the ‘View’ button in the ‘View all Students’ page. The user will be navigated to a new page and can see all the available details of that student. Users can see the basic details along with the Enrollment status of that student here. Also, there is a ‘Feedback from Admin’ section in the View page. Admin may add some comments regarding the student enrollment and the user can see the admin’s comment here. ‘Student Log’ is available in the View page. Here user can track all the activities happened to this student. user can see the progress of the student enrollment along with the date and the person who performed the action here.
Payments
Once a student referred by the user is successfully enrolled for any course, the user will be eligible to get reward points for the referral. Users can view all the eligible students on this page. Once a student is enrolled the corresponding reward point will be added to the user’s wallet. User can request to redeem the wallet by clicking the ‘Request Redeem’ button based on whether the student is referred for IHNA or IHM. Once requested, an invoice will be generated and our accounts team will initiate the payment process and the user will get the reward point to the bank account provided in the next pay cycle. Once requested, the user can tack all the pending requests by clicking the ‘View Pending Requests’ button. Once it is paid you can see the details in the Redeemed list.
Wallet & Milestone Tracking
The total referral amount will be distributed in a stage-by-stage milestone model based on the application progress in the below stages:
- Referral Stage
- Application Submission
- Application Processed
- Enrolled
- Course Commenced
Each stage will be shown as a milestone model. When a student completes each stage, the referral can see the updated status and points in their wallet. Once all stages are completed, the total amount will be available for deduction.
User tiers based on the referral count
Our tiered reward system grows with your success. Start earning $150 per referral and progress to $400+ as you build your referral network:
- 1-3 referrals - Bronze - $150 per referral
- 4-10 referrals - SILVER - $200 per referral
- 11+ referrals - GOLD - $250 per referral
- 20+ referrals - PLATINUM - $300 per referral
- 50+ referrals - DIAMOND - $400 per referral
Course Providers
Users can see all the providers and corresponding courses/services available in the portal in this page.
Courses/Services
By clicking on the ‘Courses’ link corresponding to each provider, the user can see all the available courses on a new page. User can refer students for a particular course by copying the link of the course using the ‘Copy’ button next to each course and share the link on social media platforms. Click on the View details button to see more details about the course like course description, service materials etc. The ‘Copy’ to share button is available here also.
Get Support
If the user needs any support on payments, IT support or general they can access the options available in this page.
User Wallet
Users can see their wallet points and transaction history on this page. They can see the wallet link on the top right corner of their dashboard. Click on the link to reach the Wallet page. All the credited and redeemed amounts will be visible here.
User Profile
User can see their and update using the ‘Edit Profile’ option is available in the dashboard. In order to redeem the points, the profile must be completed.
Change Password
The user can change their password at any time from their user dashboard.
